Food is always the form of energy which help us to do some work.So we have to eat a balance diet food for our good health .All People wants to have a good life so we have to eat good food everyday.Fruits and vegetables are always good for our healths it help us to become a fit and slim body.It also makes us to have a fresh and healthy life.If we are always eat fruits as a breakfast at morning time then our day will go better way.
